Roof Edge Protection

We have been asked by a leading fit out contractor to complete the roof work at the old Vardy Carz site in Hillington.

We were given ten days; notice to complete, and we were happy to move some work about to fulfil their need to have it completed with a handover certificate for Monday, 24 March, to allow the roofing contractor access for their repairs.

A roof edge protection can be built in various ways with A-Frames built to support either double or triple handrails. Where the access or roof requires it, towers can be built to run the handrails for better support, such as on this project. This project also had toe boards, as this is an area where other contractors would be working through the roller shutters.

The team worked well to complete this on the Saturday, ready for the client to inspect on the Monday morning.
