Roof access scaffolding project in Crieff

We were contacted to support a London-based Property Management company with the renovation of their long-term and trusted clients who own the house, Sir James Hutchison, the third baronet of Rossie. The house was passed down from his great-grandfather, Archibald Colville, who ran David Colville & Sons, at the time the largest steelworks in Scotland. Having been in the family for hundreds of years, Broich House in Crieff is a historic landmark building in the Georgian style.

We were originally asked to build a walkway around the top of the area but the design has been changed to allow walkways over the top of the Conservatory so the conservation team can restore the full glass area. It was a very interesting project managed by the team and showed our flexibility to support the client.

We are always looking to undertake one-off and interesting projects like this, so if you have any in mind please get in touch by emailing admin@m8scaffold.co.uk
